We freaked when we first spotted this stunning, stunning bar. The entire dark chocolate slab is covered with juicy red raspberries and strawberries – not only is it gorgeous, it’s absolutely delicious. The tart sweetness of the fruit is the perfect balance to the richness of the chocolate. The makers, Steven and Rebecca, take great care in their work and take great inspiration from their natural surroundings and scenic trails outside of Portland. We’re thrilled to introduce this signature award winner. 

Tip of the tongue:
This is a luxurious bar to be savored and shared. Believe it or not, when you break it up, it’s equally striking – and each piece can be used to top your favorite chocolate or vanilla ice cream for a swanky but simple dinner party dessert. It also, obvi, makes a sweet offering to someone who you’re berry interested in.
