These "Angry" pickled cucumbers are crunchy little coins loaded with sharp vinegar and a sprinkling of angry-red chili flake.
Eating them definitely won't make you mad, and only the truly heat-phobic need shy away. The spice of these pickles is nicely balanced out by sweetness from yellow onion, a classic hit of mustard seed and fragrant dill.
