This Brooklyn-made whiskey is distilled mostly from malted barley and wheat, with small amounts of rye and corn. The four-grain blend followed by a five-month rest in American oak barrels gives it an intriguing yet harmonious mix of flavors. It's a totally successful mash-up.
Our neighbors at Van Brunt Stillhouse make tiny batches of whiskey by hand. Because of their small size and their love of experimentation, they release different styles throughout the year.
Each run is extremely limited, so we might not have this in stock for long.
