Our neighbors at Breuckelen Distilling use only grains grown in New York State and do every part of the distilling process in-house, from milling through bottling. The local wheat in this standout whiskey lends flavors and aromas of bread, maple and hints of orange. As the whiskey ages (at least four months) in new American oak, that wheat flavor marries with the barrel and develops awesome toasty and vanilla notes.
If you close your eyes, you might mistake it for Sunday morning french toast.
