Made from 85% rye, 15% corn and aged in new American oak barrels, this whiskey strikes a great balance between rye’s black pepper bite and corn's caramel sweetness. And the hint of oak-y vanilla is simply the cherry on top.
Our neighbors at Breuckelen Distilling only use grains from New York State and do every part of the distilling process in-house, from milling through bottling. Their whiskey is a fantastic example of the best of NY craft distilling.
