MOUTH SAYS...

Made from 85% rye, 15% corn and aged in new American oak barrels, this whiskey strikes a great balance between rye’s black pepper bite and corn's caramel sweetness. And the hint of oak-y vanilla is simply the cherry on top.

Our neighbors at Breuckelen Distilling only use grains from New York State and do every part of the distilling process in-house, from milling through bottling. Their whiskey is a fantastic example of the best of NY craft distilling.

tip of the tongue

Breuckelen proudly proclaims they buy as much of their grain as possible from a farmer named Thor Oechsner and trust him to source any additional grain they need from his neighbors. We love Breuckelen's commitment to supporting our local agriculture. Thanks, Thor.

Distilled from 85% rye and 15% corn; 45% alcohol by volume. Comes in a 750ml bottle.
