In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 5 oz fresh cucumber juice, .5 oz fresh lime juice, 2.25 oz Arette Blanco Tequila and .5 oz Quince & Apple Lime Cucumber Syrup. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass, using a Koriko Hawthorne Cocktail Strainer. Garnish with cucumber slice. Note: Feel free to swap the tequila for vodka or gin. All clear spirits play well here.
