Mix equal parts Far North Solveig Gin , Lo-Fi Aperitifs Sweet Vermouth , St. George Bruto Americano Aperitivo and Greenbar Hibiscus Liqueur in a glass with ice. Stir and strain into chilled glass. Serve straight up or over a large cube. Garnish with an orange slice.
Time to start using your melon! Combine 2 oz vodka, 2 oz aperitivo, 3 oz watermelon juice and .5 oz lime juice in mixing glass filled with ice. Stir with bar spoon for 20 seconds. Pour through strainer into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with wedges of lime and watermelon.
Add .5 oz Greenhook Ginsmiths (or Ransom) Dry Gin and fresh rosemary to a Mason Jar Cocktail Shaker. Crush with AHeirloom Muddler. Add 1.5 oz gin, .75 oz City of Daughters Pomegranate Rose Grenadine, 1 oz pomegranate juice, .5 oz lime juice and ice. Shake and strain into rocks glass over several ice cubes. Garnish with rosemary and pomegranate seeds. Optional: 4 dashes Hella Bitter Aromatic Bitters.
Happy and berry and bright! Combine 1 part Far North Solveig Gin, 1 part Eden Orleans Herbal and 1 part Bittermens Amère Nouvelle in an Andrew Iannazzi mixing glass with ice. Stir with a Jack Rudy bar spoon for 20 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass over a large ice cube to keep it super chilled. Garnish with frozen cranberries.
To make the Perfect Mouth Manhattan: Combine 1.5 oz Breuckelen Distilling rye and corn whiskey, 1.5 oz Lo-Fi sweet vermouth, .5 oz Don Ciccio & Figli Cerasum cherry apertitivo and 2 to 3 dashes of Hella Bitter aromatic bitters in a mixing glass with lots of ice.
