Former college roommates and longtime friends Daniel Fogelson and Jordan Barrocas were tired of being disappointed by the American jerky market, so they taught themselves the art of jerky-making (jerkying?), and we’re so glad to have their three incredible tenderloin jerkies that actually get us excited to hit that afternoon slump.
The big argument around here is which is best. There’s the original recipe, packed with meaty flavor and subtle garlic.
