The Casper: A Frightfully Good Cocktail

BOO! Our favorite friendly ghost decided to make an appearance at Mouth HQ to help us get in the Halloween spirit. That’s right, he knew our spooktastic celebrations needed some boo!-ze.

Casper the Ghost may be friendly, but this drink is frightfully good. Spiced pear liqueur, bourbon and cinnamon give this cocktail the perfect fall flavor – trust us, you’ll be wanting to haunt a house after one sip. And it’s just what your ghouls night in was missing!

THE CASPER

1.5 ounces Cedar Ridge Iowa Bourbon
1 ounce St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
0.25 ounces simple syrup
3 ounces half-and-half
Ground cinnamon

Directions
  1. Pour liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until blended and chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Top with a dusting of ground cinnamon.
  5. Say BOO!

Boo.
