This Green Chile Gimlet Is One Spicy Little Number

Want a vodka that gets jal-ap-eño business? BOOM. Meet this spicy little number.

St. George Spirits makes their Green Chile Vodka from a variety of California-grown hot and sweet peppers (jalapeños, serranos, habaneros and red and yellow bell peppers) with a little lime peel and cilantro to balance out their heat. Yep, your cocktail is gonna be lit.

To make the vodka, St. George combines the peppers and a non-GMO base spirit and distills it all through a layer of cilantro! They filter before bottling for a smooth, clean flavor, but you might see a green tint from that pepper infusion.
