Dontcha wish your honey was hot like me? Bees Knees Spicy Honey chili-infused, honey hot sauce is what we all aspire to be – the perfect blend of sweet and spicy! And it goes down smooth.

Bushwick Kitchen founder Casey Elsass loved making homemade hot sauces. One day, his friend Morgen Newman challenged him to turn his love for hot sauce into a company. They joined forces and Bushwick Kitchen was born.

Honey, I’m home!” really rang true for these aspiring honey connoisseurs - they got their start making their honey in founder Casey’s small apartment in Bushwick! Casey worked with a beekeeper in Hudson Valley to make sure they were using only the purest honey and the most natural ingredients. Bushwick Kitchen’s funky take on hot sauces has been keeping things spicy since 2013!
