Hot Dog Days Of Summer: 4 Ways To Up Your Grill Game

Ah, the dog days of summer. The Romans used to sacrifice a red pooch to appease the rage of Sirius, believing that this “Dog Star” was the cause of hot, sultry summer weather. Well, we at Mouth are not willing to sacrifice our dogs. Or our burgers (Ba-DUM-dum.)

In fact, quite the opposite. We’re all for a good dog pile! So, here are four ways to keep your grill game from going....yeah, another pun….to the dogs:

THE CHILI GRANOLA DOG

Adventurous Mouths, we’re throwing you a bone! Pile on Bad Seed’s Chili Granola, a fiery concoction that we can’t get enough of here at Mouth. Add tasty Plymouth Cheddar and garnish with chopped onions. Who let the dogs out? 

THE PB+B DOG

You know you love the combo, so why not? Top your dog with Big Spoon Roasters Honeyed Peanut Butter and a slab of Tender Belly Dry Cured Maple Bacon. Garnish with a few Rick’s Picks Kosher Organic Dill Pickles and crushed peanuts for crunch!

THE CHIPS AND SALSA HOT HOT HOT DOG
