We're Nuts For This Roasted Truffle + Rosemary Almond Kit

Stoked is exactly how we feel knowing that on any given day we are only 15 minutes away from piping hot, spiced nuts that conjure up street cart vendors in exotic locales.

AllGood Provisions, the Park City, Utah-based masters of healthful snacking, created this handy Roasted Truffle + Rosemary Almond Kit with freshness front of mind. Also front of mind? Holiday parties, cocktail parties, birthday parties, nibbles for Netflix reruns, emergency late night provisions… you get the idea.

In each kit you’ll find a pouch of organic almonds, a pouch of extra virgin olive oil and a pouch of black truffle rosemary seasoning. All you have to do is preheat the oven to 300°, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

Pigs, dogs and guests will all be following their noses hunting down the bowl of these DIY delicacies. As you might expect, earthy black truffle steals the taste bud show here, but the natural sweetness of almonds along with the bright, woodsy rosemary are far from forgettable. Together, the three are a class act.

For the simplest cocktail hour success story, fill a few shallow bowls with these warm, fragrant almonds and set out some chilled bottles of pre-batched cocktails from Fluid Dynamics. (You can never go wrong with their Bottled Cocktail Trio.) Stick the bottles in an ice bucket and set out some glasses so the guests can help themselves.

Being fancy-pantsy has never been so easy-peasy.
