Meet Your Next Signature Cocktail: Tickled Pink!

Every few months, we release a new signature cocktail recipe to lift your spirits! Click here to look back at all of our previous seasonal cocktails from 2016 and beyond.

Vibrant green trees and pastel petals. A chilly but optimistic breeze. Shoes without socks (finally!). Lighter jackets. There’s no denying: Spring’s got us Tickled Pink.

So we’ve dreamed up a super-floral version of the Moonlight cocktail (which is itself a common variation on the classic Aviation). Ticked Pink gets its blush from a mix of violet and orange liqueurs, extra herbal punch from botanical gin, bright acidity from lemon and lime juices, and soft aroma from a light spray of chamomile bitters. It’s the drink we’re sipping out on the front stoop during a surprisingly warm (no jacket!) evening…

TICKLED PINK

Makes 1 cocktail

1.75 oz Falcon Spirits Botanica Gin
.5 oz Fruitlab Organic Orange Liqueur
.5 oz Tempus Fugit Liqueur de Violettes
.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
2 sprays Urban Moonshine Organic Chamomile Bitters

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine gin, orange liqueur, liqueur de violettes, lemon and lime juices in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a chilled glass over a large ice cube.
  3. Spray bitters twice over the surface of the cocktail.
  4. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

Pink it in, people.
