Mikuni Wild Harvest

Tyler Grey, co-founder of Mikuni Wild Harvest, started out as a mushroom forager. But as the demand for special ingredients grew, he and his partners decided to expand into other foraged ingredients and small-batch products.

Their secret? Take amazing ingredients then make them even better, like their line of Noble vinegars. They source traditionally-made vinegars, then age or infuse them until they are truly extraordinary. They also package them in gorgeous display-worthy bottles, so they're great gifts for both salad lovers and design snobs.
