Blair Swiler, an executive chef by night, spent days developing a truly awesome jerky recipe. One fateful day, he shared some with his golf buddy, Dennis Riedel, who thought it was the best jerky he'd ever tasted. They decided to team up and see if they could turn it into a business. The secret was hand-cut flank steak, so they named the company Chef's Cut Real Jerky.
