Grampa's Gourmet Honey

Brent Edelen is a sixth generation beekeeper, hailing from quite an illustrious line of honey producers. Great-Grandfather started the business, but it was his grandfather, John, who grew it into what may have been the largest bee company in the United States, with more than 12,000 beehives, four different honey processing plants in three states and a fleet of trucks. Today, Brent lives in Alamosa, CO with his family and spends his days taking care of about 500 bee colonies. In honor of the men that started it all, he calls the company Grampa's Gourmet Honey.
