The Billy Goat Chip Company

The Billy Goat Restaurant & Bar opened in St. Louis in 2002, serving bar food made with care and as many local ingredients as possible. Tasty potato chips soon became one of their signature items. The restaurant had a good run, but the chips were so insanely popular that in 2009 they closed the restaurant and transformed into a potato chip company full-time, so they could bring their fantastically crispy, flavorful chips to the whole country.
