Mama Ganache

Mama Ganache was founded in 2004 by Tom Neuhaus and his sister, Joanne Currie. They work with 100% certified organic and fair trade chocolate, and Tom is president of a charitable organization called Project Hope and Fairness, which delivers tools to cocoa farmers to help make their occupation more sustainable. PH&F is also committed to building Cocoa Study Centers, where university students can study about village life and work with the cocoa farmers in the fields of Appropriate Technology, Permaculture, Nutrition, Food Science and chocolate production.
