Eat, Drink And Be indie: Tasty Recipes, Inspiring Maker Stories & Exclusives Served Daily

Araya Jensen had a thriving career as a kitchen and bath designer for happy homeowners around Minneapolis, Minnesota. Then the recession hit, and people became more concerned with hanging on to their homes than building their dream kitchens.

So Araya got creative and started an online shop selling beautifully curated, affordable home goods — another great way to transform a kitchen! The shop quickly turned into a launching pad for her own line of beautiful, simple wooden kitchen goods. She quickly received attention and praise for her use of bold colors, bare woods and organic textures. We're thrilled to carry her bowls and one of her beautiful serving boards, which are not only works of art, but also essential kitchen workhorses.
