Wyoming Whiskey

Out of a small distillery in Kirby, Wyoming, comes big flavor that’s hard to find anywhere else in the state. Their signature bourbon ages in “rick houses,” or warehouses where the temperature fluctuates between below zero in winter to 130 degrees in summer (hot!). The barrels contract and expand, exposing the whiskey to more wood and speeding up the aging process, plus all those delicious flavors that come with it.
