Dafna Kory founded INNA after one fateful Thanksgiving party, where she fell head over heels for fruity and spicy jalapeño jam. After searching far and wide for the stuff, Dafna gave up on local stores and decided to make her own recipe. From the first batch, she (and her hungry friends) knew she had a success on her hands.
All fruit used in INNA jams is grown using organic methods, and they don’t just stick to the sweet-heat pairings. Each fruit’s natural flavors shine through, unadulterated by extra spices or flavorings.
