Brad Estabrooke founded Breuckelen Distilling in 2010, inspired by the growing movement of artisanal food and drink production in Brooklyn. Every step of the process is done from scratch in-house: milling, mashing, fermenting, distilling, aging, bottling & labeling included. He only uses New York State grains and unprocessed ingredients to create his distinctive spirits.
