Rachelle Miller left the hustle of Brooklyn for an old cabin at the edge of the Rock Mountain foothills in Colorado near Boulder. With her newfound peace and quiet, and a tiny kitchen, Rachelle baked and baked until she came up with Bespoke crackers, delicious canvases for her imaginative flavor combinations. Now, those same crackers are the sturdy and crunchy foundations for even more combinations, from savory cheeses and salamis to sweet jams and spreads.
