Robinson Farm is a family owned and operated organic farm in Hardwick, Massachusetts, now managed by the fourth generation, Ray and Pamela. The small-scale dairy sells fresh raw cow’s milk, grass-fed beef, organic eggs, artisanal farmstead cheese, local goat cheese, yogurt and more. Milking cows at the Robinson Farm graze on certified organic pasture.
They added cheesemaking in 2010. We have no idea how they fit it all in, and still manage to make some of the most delicious raw cow's milk cheeses we've ever tasted. From their gooey, savory arpeggio to their grilled-cheese-perfect Prescott, we're over the Mooo-n about Robinson Farm cheeses!
