Nettle Meadow Artisan Cheese

Nettle Meadow Farm is a 50 acre goat and sheep dairy farm in Thurman, New York, in the Adirondack mountains. Owned and operated by Lorraine Lambiase and Sheila Flanagan, the farm was founded in 1990 with a commitment to natural ingredients and hand-crafted artisan cheeses.

They started out with just goats, then added a few dozen sheep and some Jersey cows. They're one of very few dairy's that have all three animals, which enables them to make some unique blends like Kunik, a spectacular cow and goat's milk triple cream. 

Nettle Meadow also has an animal sanctuary for rescue animals and their older animals that have stopped producing milk.
