Hey Boo

Cristina Widjaja grew up in Indonesia, moved to Austin, Texas, at 18 for her college degree, then headed out to the Bay Area in San Francisco, California, to work in the high-tech industry.

But after more than 15 years, she found herself irreversibly hooked on the exploding food and wine scene in Northern California, discovering her passion for artisanal foods and food business. Hey Boo was opened in San Francisco’s Bayview neighborhood, offering a taste of Cristina’s childhood – from sticky coconut jam (srikaya) to sweet, dairy-free coconut caramel.
