Co-Op Sauce

Co-Op Sauce was imagined as a funding project for Co-Op Image, an arts education program for Chicago's youth that was founded by community artist Mike Bancroft. Mike's love of strong spice and strong flavors led to a collaboration with other educators (and kids) at Co-Op Image; they started brewing, bottling and selling their hot sauces made from locally sourced, farm-fresh ingredients.

Co-Op Sauce still contributes 50% of its profits to awesome projects going on at Co-Op Image.
