Shire City Herbal

Dana St. Pierre made his first batches of what would become Fire Cider in the ‘90s to fend off bronchitis and seasonal allergies. Throughout the years, Dana experimented with strength and taste, altering the ratio of apple cider vinegar to honey (and adding other surprises!).

They began selling the cider in their hometown of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, and in 2011 Dana and his wife Amy Huebner, a holistic health coach, were joined by Dana’s sister Erin, Amy’s brother Brian and their father, Dr. James Huebner. Brian, the comic artist of the family, created the fun labeling that now adorns every bottle of Fire Cider.
