Willamette Valley Confectionery

The word “confectionery” alone harkens back to old-fashioned candy shoppes, where treats were made and bagged by hand. Willamette Valley Confectionery in Oregon embraces and celebrates this tradition, crafting sweet candies with fruit from the namesake valley’s local farms, and selling them in compostable, biodegradable and recyclable packaging.

Candymaker Ken Hoyt specializes in toffees, barks, brittles, fruit patês and caramel corns, all free of preservatives and artificial dyes.
