Hudson Henry Baking Co. blossomed out of the commercial kitchen of a former bed and breakfast in Charlottesville, Virginia, purchased in 2012 by Hope Lawrence and her husband, Dave.
In this kitchen, Hope bakes small batches of her Good News Granola with Vermont maple syrup, then packs it into gorgeous bags designed with inspirational tips and other “good news.”
