Eat, Drink And Be indie: Tasty Recipes, Inspiring Maker Stories & Exclusives Served Daily

Former corporate lawyer turned small-business baker Stephanie Norton founded FreedGoods to revive fond memories of baking with her Grandma Rose. There’s one small change that Rose might not recognize, though: All of Stephanie’s baked goods are made with gluten-free flours.

Stephanie is wheat, gluten and yeast intolerant (shocking, right?), but her obsession with all things bread inspired her to rethink the cardboard-esque options readily available to gluten-free Mouths.

Plus, to honor her own battle with and triumph over infertility, Stephanie donates 5% of FreedGoods’ profits to infertility support, education, awareness and advocacy.

Granny Rose would be proud! And she wouldn’t even notice the difference, anyway… We sure can’t!
