Chocolatey sweetness and bold but not-too-fruity notes fairly harmonize in this blend of beans. With a name that references the three valves of the trumpet, Three Keys Coffee is the creation of two married jazz lovers, Tio and Kenzel Fallen. The Houston duo set out to build a full-bodied craft roaster that would satisfy anyone’s morning java jones. The flavor sings for itself, but rave reviews from connoisseurs provide a convincing chorus: they were finalists for the 2022 Good Food Awards, and their “Congo Square” roast was named a Top 30 coffee of 2021. 


Tip of the Tongue:
Whether you take it black or with cream and sugar, the best pairing for this mug of coffee  is some classic Miles Davis. If you’ve never listened to Kind of Blue, now’s the time.
