Tasty Vinaigrette

This started out as a small-batch experiment between two friends. They'd been using the extra liquid from a jar of pickled ramps on salads, and, after a whole bunch of kitchen trial and error, landed upon a perfect vinaigrette recipe, which led to another...and another...we can't get enough. The label was created by artist Ryan McLennan – these are just the sort of bottles we want to keep out on our table.

Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette

A dose of sunshine in winter, this genius salad topper is made here in NYC by two 'well-dressed' bearded dudes (get it?). Zingy, with just the right amount of good olive oil, you'll be using it year round. 

INGREDIENTS: Extra virgin olive oil, white vinegar, canola oil, white balsamic vinegar, Meyer lemon juice, salt, honey, shallot, spices, Meyer lemon zest. 3 oz bottle.

Smoked Heirloom Tomato Vinaigrette

Heirloom tomatoes are hickory smoked to umami-rific perfection, then blended with the perfect balance of oil, vinegar, salt. This addictive vinaigrette has a depth of flavor that complements even the simplest of greens. A little parmesan, it's a meal unto itself. Or, if you're feeling extravagant, try it as a marinade for chicken and fish or drizzle on fresh mozzarella and dream of summer.

In addition to dousing your salad, try a little Right Tasty drizzled on roasted potatoes alongside a piece of grilled fish. Also makes a healthy alternative to dip for your raw vegetables. Each flask-shaped glass bottle should be shaken well and refrigerated after opening.
