Strawberry and Rose Geranium Jam

With a generous growing season and endless western sun, great fruit in LA is a given. And Sqirl Jam's delicate, artful preparations truly lets the fruit shine through. Seascape strawberries are jewel-like, sweet and stunningly red. In this concoction, they are preserved at the height of their summer bloom. The floral note is detectable but not overpowering, and really sets this apart. A jam to savor throughout the year.

Do not share this with your children. Savor for yourself – spread on toast or scones, slather on a soft cheese and crispy cracker, spoon onto greek yogurt. Or our favorite: eat from the jar with a spoon.
