Chocolatier John Eric Battles got his start in restaurants but found his true calling – chocolate. He combines top quality chocolate with flavor combinations that sometimes border on, well, crazy. Crazy delicious.

But this is one refreshing take on classic flavors: gooey vanilla caramel oozing out of 65% dark chocolate, pressed with coarse sea salt. Can you say mouthwatering? We can't – our mouths are full.

This bar is technically shareable, but breaking the squares apart is just too much work. Keep all the salty-sweet goodness to yourself, and follow with fresh raspberry or a nice glass of bourbon.

65% dark chocolate, sugar, heavy cream (milk), glucose, butter, vanilla bean, fleur de sel. Comes in a 2 oz bar.
