A Texas native, Sara Marshall moved to New Jersey in 2000 and quickly discovered she'd have to fulfill her craving for original Tex-Mex salsa by creating her own. Saucy Sara's was born.

Mild Red Salsa

This wonderful Mexican mild salsa is made with roasted tomatoes, onions, cilantro, garlic and contains just enough spice to brighten up any of your favorite dishes. Or serve it straight out of the jar with your favorite chips and some fresh guacamole.

INGREDIENTS: Tomatoes, onions, peppers, vegetable broth, garlic, cilantro, salt, olive oil, lemon juice. 

Spicy Red Salsa

A classic, fresh-tasting Mexican salsa that's spicy without going overboard. 

INGREDIENTS: Tomatoes, onions, peppers, vegetable broth, garlic, cilantro, salt, olive oil, lemon juice.

Salsa Verde

This Mexican green salsa has tang from roasted tomatillos, heat from jalapenos, and brightness from lemon & lime juice. Use it on enchiladas, or dip veggies or chips straight into the jar. Salsa Verde also makes an awesome relish for hot dogs, burgers, or fish tacos.

INGREDIENTS: Tomatillos, onions, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt, olive oil, lime juice, lemon juice.

Each 16 oz jar is naturally preserved for up to three months.
