Sunny yellow, with soft pieces of peaches at their very ripest preserved throughout, Anarchy in a Jar's Peachy Keen jam is a winter necessity. Slightly spiced with cardamom, always a great peach pairing, as well as hints of fragrant lemon verbena. It's August, conveniently trapped in a cute little jar.

Eat medicinally to cure winter blues! Slather on a toasted, buttered English muffin for a cheery tea-time treat. This jam would also make a terrific glaze for many baked goodies – thin with a little water and spread onto dense lemon or plain pound cake.

Peaches, organic lemon verbena, cardamom, sugar, lemon juice, all natural pectin. Comes in a 4 oz jar.
