Pickles aren't just for sandwiches, just like beets aren't only for salads (with, ahem, goat cheese). Dill Pickled Beets are as flavorful as they are colorful, with a good pickled crisp that gives way to buttery mouthfuls of earthy beet.

Pernicious Pickling Co. grew out of a love for pickles and the happy, ocean-bridging marriage of deep South flavors and European spice blends. When these pickles hit our tasting table, we gradually – subtly – ate the entire jar.

Top deviled eggs with chopped Dill Pickled Beets for a gorgeous, bright pop of flavor. Or, pickle boiled eggs in the leftover brine as adult-approved Easter eggs!

Red beets, distilled white vinegar, water, sugar, kosher salt, dill. Comes in a 16 oz jar. Refrigerate after opening. Note: Made in a facility that processes wheat, soy, milk, peanuts and tree nuts.
