Cristina Widjaja at Hey Boo whips up jar after jar of impressively creamy (but dairy-free!) coconut caramel. We’re crushing hard on this little sauce, rich in color, tropical flavor and utter sweetness, with just a hint of sea salt.
This is a sauce that vegans and non-vegans can both share, it's so good. We'd totally give it to our boo (aka beau, aka sweetheart).
Use in any way you’d enjoy caramel! Drizzled on french toast or ice cream, slathered on fresh green apple slices, spooned over plain cheesecake, or swirled into greek yogurt.
