Candied Citrus Peel

Berkeley's jam master is now also magically creating tins of delicate, sugar-coated citrus peels. As with her jams, these glistening candied peels celebrate the old-fashioned art of preservation and seasonality. Seville Orange 

If you've eaten marmalade, you've eaten Seville oranges. Their deep, bitter, intoxicating and addictive flavor is captured here in candy-ish bites. Very grown-up treat, totally snackable on their own, but even better dipped in dark chocolate. 

Bergamot

A sweet that even the Earl (Grey, that is) would approve of. The little lemon-looking citrus known as Bergamot can be very hard to come by, and is highly coveted for its stunning combination of tart and floral notes. These peels will dress up any dessert, but are best nibbled on their own as a way to enjoy the precious bergamot year round. 

Yuzu

Yuzu has only recently become common here in the U.S. but it's one of the most familiar acidic flavors in Japanese cuisine. Aromatic and petite, this fruit tastes is the happy union between a mandarin orange and a grapefruit, though it's yellow-green color might indicate otherwise. A refreshing, exotic indulgence. 

Satsuma

Sweet, seedless orange baubles, satsumas are easy to love. Particularly after June Taylor has her way with them. Kid-friendly, these make a pretty killer addition to a scoop of chocolate ice cream.

Meyer Lemon

Thought to be a cross between a regular lemon and mandarin orange, Meyer lemons are known for their thin and delicate skin, which is ideal for candying into a sweet treat. Fanatics and non-fanatics alike will go crazy for this candied magical Meyer.
