Sun-Popped Popcorn

MADE BY BJORNQORN IN BROOKLYN, NEW YORK

PONCHO SAYS...

"I’m walking on sunshine and eating popcorn. And don’t it taste good?"

MOUTH SAYS...

These audibly crunchy puffs are popped under cheery sunlight on a small farm in New York’s Hudson Valley – that's right, this corn is popped with the power of sunshine (so cool!). They put the corn in a kettle inside a mirror-lined basin, which reflects direct sunlight toward the kettle and concentrates its cooking power.

Finished with the nutty, protein-packed goodness of nutritional yeast, BjornQorn is a pretty guiltless snack. We devoured it by the handful and literally fought over the bits at the bottom of the bag.

tip of the tongue

Get ready for a mouthful of umami! Nutritional yeast packs white cheddar-esque cheesiness in addictively snackable form.
