SHIPPING INFORMATION

Mouth is open wide and ships everywhere in the U.S. and Canada!

Your order takes 3-5 business days to process, though we do our best to be as quick as possible.

We ship via FEDEX.

Here's the lowdown on shipping costs:

Orders under $50:
$10 to the 48 contiguous U.S. States.
$75 to Alaska or Hawaii
$30 to most addresses in Canada

Orders over $50:
FREE to the 48 contiguous U.S. States.
$75 to Alaska or Hawaii
$30 to most addresses in Canada

How long will it take after box leaves our Brooklyn, NY warehouse?
1 business day – CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, NJ, most of NY, RI
2 business days –  IN, KY, ME, MI, NC, NH, Western NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, VA, VT, WV
3 business days – AL, AR, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, MN, MO, WI
4 business days – ID, LA, ND, NE, OK, SD
5 business days – AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, TX, UT, WY, WA

(If you are trying to estimate delivery timing, these transit days need to be added onto the 3-5 days processing time.)

If you are buying a product that requires insulated packaging, you need to choose FEDEX Air which ranges from $30 to $40, depending on location, and will be indicated during checkout.

We are very happy to ship to APO or FPO addresses, but please contact us directly at help@mouth.com.

International shipping is also by special request only.

Subscription Shipping Schedule info

As soon as an order is placed for a Subscription Club, we send out a "Welcome Kit" in a mini tote which includes information about the shipping schedule, a gift message and tasty Papabubble candies to kick things off. Subscriptions are then curated and shipped around the middle of each month, packed in our signature cotton tote along with a few surprises.

The first box will be sent depending on when during the month the order is placed. After the goodies leave our Brooklyn warehouse, depending on where the box is being sent, it will arrive within a week (see above for transit timing). Thus, the recipient may receive the first box shortly; or, because of the timing, may be waiting until the next month for it to arrive.

Refrigerated Products

1) PACKAGING SURCHARGE: There's a $8 surcharge for any order containing products that require refrigeration, to make sure your stuff arrives in perfect shape. This covers the cost of a chic, chocolate brown insulated tote (our "Chill Bag") and reusable ice packs.

2) SHIPPING SCHEDULE: These orders are shipped only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to prevent weekend delays. Orders for these products placed on other days will be held until after the weekend.

3) SHIPPING RATES: You must select FEDEX Air for all shipments of refrigerated products, unless you are shipping to NY, NJ, RI, CT, VT, or Washington, D.C.

Returns

We're all about tasting at Mouth.

And it's possible you're going to taste one of our products and not love it (though we try really, really hard to make sure that's not the case). We're sorry, but we can't take something back just because you don't like the taste. But we're reasonable people. Just send a note to help@mouth.com and we'll figure out a way to make things right. We want you to be happy and keep on tasting.

Privacy and Security

We value your privacy as much as we value our own privacy, if not more. We're not going to sell, give away or otherwise abuse your email address or any other information that you give us. No credit card information is saved with your account. That means you have to enter it with every transaction, but it is more secure.
