SHIPPING INFO

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and ship your order. 

Shipping time varies from 1 business day (in and around New York and the Northeast) to 5 business days (to the West Coast)

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Our subscription boxes kick off with a lovely welcome kit containing a mini-tote filled with a bag of Papabubble candies, a gift card and information about the upcoming deliveries. The subscriptions then ship out around the middle of each month, packed in our signature cotton tote along with a few surprises. After the goodies leave our NY HQ, depending on where you live, you will receive them within a week (i.e. one day if you live in the Northeast, longer if you’re further away).

REFRIGERATED PRODUCTS

1) PACKAGING SURCHARGE: There's a $8 surcharge for any order containing products that require refrigeration, including chocolate (during the summer), to make sure your stuff arrives unmelted and cold foods arrive unspoiled. This covers a chic, re-usable, chocolate brown insulated tote.

2) SHIPPING SCHEDULE: These orders are shipped only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to prevent weekend delays. Orders for these products placed on other days will be held until after the weekend.

3) SHIPPING RATES: You must select expedited for all shipments of refrigerated products, unless you are shipping to NY, NJ, RI, CT, VT, or Washington, D.C.

Our goal is for everything to arrive in it's delicious, mouth-watering form. Thanks for understanding. 

Returns 

We're all about tasting at Mouth. 

And it's possible you're going to taste one of our products and not love it (though we try really, really hard to make sure that's not the case). We're sorry, but we can't take something back just because you don't like the taste.

That said, we know stuff goes wrong! Something might have broken in the shipping process. Or perhaps one of our expert packers was out too late the night before, made a mistake and sent the wrong item. Or worse, something was missing (maybe a very late night!).

We're reasonable people. Just send a note to info@mouth.com and we'll figure out a way to make things right. We want you to be happy and keep on tasting.  

Privacy and Security

We value your privacy as much as we value our own privacy, if not more. We're not going to sell, give away or otherwise abuse your email address or any other information that you give us. No credit card information is saved with your account. That means you have to enter it with every transaction, but it is more secure.
