If you select standard shipping, your order takes 1-3 business days to process, though we do our best to be as quick as possible. Once our common carrier picks up the package, it will be delivered in 1-5 business days, depending on shipping destination.
In order to estimate the total time it will take from the moment you place the order until it is delivered, please make sure to add the 3-5 business days to the number of business shipping days listed below.
If you are not home to receive your package, the carrier will make several delivery attempts and will then hold the package for pick-up. Spirits and wine shipments must be signed for at the time of delivery or pick up by someone who is over 21 and can present identification.

SPIRITS + WINE
All spirits and wine orders have an additional $5 surcharge to cover the cost of the legally-required signature by someone over the age of 21 at the recipient's address.
Now, for some additional fun stuff our lawyers suggest you know: You, the buyer, assume title to and ownership of the wines/spirits once purchased from Mouth.com. By arranging transportation by a common carrier, we are providing a service to you and acting on your behalf. You are solely responsible for determining the legality and tax consequences of having wines/spirits shipped to you. Certain states prohibit the direct importation of alcohol. Hence, we are currently not shipping alcohol to AL, AK, AR, CT, DE, FL, HI, KY, MA, MS, ND, PA, RI, SD, UT, VT, WV, APO/FPO addresses, or anywhere outside of the United States.
All orders containing alcohol are shipped via common carrier and are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" label. The common carrier will only deliver the package if someone over the age of 21 can sign this label upon receipt.
We strongly suggest that all products containing alcohol be shipped to a business address.
Due to New York State law, alcohol must be shipped in a separate box from non-alcoholic products. And yes, that means you're going to get two tracking numbers if you order alcoholic products and non-alcoholic products.

Due to New York State law, food items must be shipped separately from spirits and wine items, so mixed orders will ship in at least 2 boxes, but there will be only one charge. Customers must be age 21 or older to legally purchase wine or spirits.
All same-day deliveries are just $9.
Place your order for eligible items by 2 p.m. for delivery between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. You also have the option of selecting the following business day for delivery, if that’s more convenient for you.
Someone must be available to accept delivery at the recipient’s address during the entire delivery window. If the driver is able to access the building and leave the package in a secure location he/she will do so, but if no secure location is available, a door tag will be left on the door and a re-delivery attempt will be made the following business day between 5 and 9 p.m. We strongly recommend including the recipient’s phone number in the shipping information to facilitate delivery. Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, including a special welcome e-card with all the details for your subscription. If this is a gift, your gift message will be included, so you can forward it or print it out to give to the lucky recipient in person. (Subscriptions make a great last-minute gift!)
If your order was placed by the 3rd of the month, your subscription will start that month (e.g., orders placed between September 4 and October 3 will start in October). Orders placed after the 3rd will start the following month. Subscriptions are sent out around the the 15th and take 1 to 5 business days to arrive, so you can expect to receive your monthly box between the 16th and the 25th.
NOTE: If you are the recipient of a subscription containing alcohol, each delivery will be sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker. The common carrier will only deliver the package if someone over the age of 21 can sign this label upon receipt. We recommend having the subscription shipped to a business address, if possible.

These orders are shipped only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to prevent weekend delays. Orders scheduled for shipment after Wednesday evening will be held until the following Monday.
Pies are required to ship with dry ice. Please review this important safety information about dry ice:
- It is wrapped in a foil envelope. Do not touch dry ice with bare hands. Always use a protective cloth (like an oven mitt or a towel), or wear leather gloves. Contact with skin can cause an injury similar to a burn.
- Set the dry ice envelope on a solid wood surface (like a wooden cutting board) at room temperature in a well-ventilated area. It will sublimate from a solid to a gas.
- Do not put dry ice directly on your countertop or in your sink – it will crack or otherwise damage kitchen surfaces, tiles or pipes. Do not store dry ice in your freezer, either.
- Do not leave dry ice unattended near children or pets. Once the envelope has completely deflated, it is safe to throw in a trash receptacle.
At this time, we cannot ship products requiring requiring insulation outside of the contiguous United States.

And it's possible you're going to taste one of our products and not love it (though we try really, really hard to make sure that's not the case). We're so sorry, but we can't take something back just because you don't like the taste. We can only offer returns if a package was damaged during the shipping process or if the products are spoiled. In this case, please provide photos if possible.
If you wish to return an alcoholic beverage because you believe it was damaged before or during transit, please reseal the bottle and contact us at email@example.com.
