Z Crackers

The recipe for these crisp, tasty, flavorful crackers evolved from pizza dough made with cornmeal and bran, which Pam and Keith (Z couple) rolled out thin one day and baked 'til crisp. Z cracker was born. 

Sea Salt & Olive Oil

Sometimes the simplest is the best. Great with cheeses, salsa, hummus or other dips. We like crumbling them into tomato soup. 

INGREDIENTS: Unbleached enriched flour, water, cornmeal, canola oil, wheat bran, salt, olive oil, sea salt.

Red Onion & Rosemary

Love that foccacia-ish flavor. Try it with fresh goat cheese, fresh ricotta, soft-ripened cheese or simply dipped in good olive oil.

INGREDIENTS: Unbleached enriched flour, water, cornmeal, canola oil, wheat bran, red onions, salt, olive oil, rosemary. 

Garlic & Basil

The city of Genoa inspired this combination. Crispy yum which you can pair with fresh mozzeralla or shaved parmesan, perhaps a few diced ripe cherry tomatoes or a cucumber slice on top.

INGREDIENTS: Unbleached enriched flour, water, cornmeal, canola oil, wheat bran, red onions, salt, garlic, olive oil, basil.

Cayanne & Cumin

The Z cracker couple first tasted cumin in Spain; this flavor was inspired by Seville. You’ll love it with Manchego cheese! Or some smoked salmon, guacamole, salsa. Or something sweet like fig or quince paste. 

INGREDIENTS: Unbleached enriched flour, water, cornmeal, canola oil, wheat bran, red onions, salt, olive oil, cumin, cayenne.

Kalamata Olive

Great with all greek favorites – eggplant dip, hummus, tapenade, feta or thick yogurt.

INGREDIENTS: Unbleached enriched flour, water, cornmeal, canola oil, wheat bran, kalamata olives, red onions, salt, olive oil. 

Salt & Pepper

This is certainly a familiar combination, but the flavor of this amazing black pepper (which comes all the way from India) is exceptional. We like to eat it with epoisses or perhaps some mango chutney!
