At holidays, we cut them up into small strips and paired with some good cheese – huge hit. But you can eat them straight out of the jar, bean by bean. And save the brine to marinate chicken or tofu!

Green beans, vinegar, water, soy sauce, garlic, wasabi powder, ginger, peppercorns, dried chiles. Comes in a 15 oz jar.
