Tonic Syrup

Made by local NYC bartender extraordinaire, Tom R., Tomr's Tonic is a revelation for the anglophile/G&T lover/cocktail fanatic. Tom created his tonic in response to all the incredible artisan gins that have sprung up lately. Such lovingly-made gin deserves an equally great tonic, he reasoned, so he began researching. He set a high bar for himself: the ingredient list must include bark from the cinchona tree (the original source of quinine); the flavor had to enhance, not overpower the flavor of any gin; and everything had to be organic. Sure enough, he came up with something truly unique – a small-batch tonic, redolent with exotic flavors. What can we say? You'll never go back.

We'll default to Tomr's official, perfect recipe on this one: 1 oz of Tomr’s, 2 oz gin, add ice, 3 oz of seltzer. Stir. Here at Mouth HQ, we'd like to add 2 more steps: Sip. Repeat.

Water, organic cane sugar, citric acid, cinchona bark, organic herbs and spices, organic citrus. Comes in a 200 ml bottle.
