Juicy, locally-sourced strawberries are infused with Puerh tea (a dark leaf from China's Yunnan province) for a flavor both familiarly sweet and enchantingly exotic. There's a hint of something smoky, but it is very subtle.

Well, this is going to sound obvious, but it is still a marvelous idea: spread tea-riffic strawberry jam on scones with creamy sweet butter at tea time. (Sam likes Lady Grey with a spot of milk).
