This American heritage beverage was created by hard-working farmers who needed to quench their thirst and soothe their throats after long days in dusty fields. 200 years later, Ely Key and Garrett Riffle revived the recipe. We admit that we're not plowing the field here, but switchel tastes just as delicious as it did then. Sweet, tart and a little spicy, it's is our kind of energy drink.
