Mouth says...

"Fox" is mustard maker extraordinaire Phyllis Fox, whose sweet and spicy mustard is one of the best we've tasted. Quite viscous the way good sweet mustard should be and deep brown in color from the addition of balsamic vinegar and a hint of molasses. Spice comes from a good dose of garlic and strong mustard powder.

This mustard belongs on the table, next to a big, holiday ham. That said, we hear it's terrific on sandwiches of all sorts, bringing a huge punch of flavor (a vegan one at that!) to veggie sandwiches.
