We love onions, of course, and these ring-cut Sweet Pickled Reds are absolutely delicious – sweet, salty, with hints of warm spices.
Green Hollow sources the onions from local farms, and hand-packs each jar in small batches every week. They are fresh and bright tasting, perfect for summer.
Tip of the tongue
Try them on your favorite sandwich or burger. Pair with goat cheese and cranberries in a healthy spinach salad. Chop and add to an omelet. Save the brine to glaze vegetables or use as a sauce for rice or thin noodles.
